Surgery Center & Patient Tower of the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles
Azizi Architects, Inc. completed the Environmental Assessment (EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) under NEPA for the CHLA development project, which involved the construction of a new surgery center and patient tower to replace the acute care functions of the existing Duque Building (252,487 sq. ft.) and McAlister Building (143,727 sq. ft.).
