Azizi Architects has been selected as Executive Architects to complete the restoration and expansion one of the most outstanding estates in Santa Barbara. The project consists of restoration of an existing historic residence of 13,000 Sq. Ft. (100 years old and one of George Washington Smiths work in the Style of Spanish Colonial Revival Architecture) and a new addition of 20,000 Sq. Ft. making this a 33,000 Sq. Ft. Residence complementing the original style of architecture. The project is currently under construction and near completion.
